Standard US shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

We ship to every US address. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, who ships directly to you.

Carriers sometimes need a little extra time. Email info@auburnrow.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Read the full Returns and Refund Policy.

Email info@auburnrow.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Start with the email so your return is registered and approved before you ship it.

Yes, exchanges are welcome. Start a return as described above and let us know which size or item you'd like instead. Our Size Guide helps you find the right fit first time.

For a change of mind or a different size, you cover the return postage and the full item price is refunded. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return in full and send a free replacement or a full refund.

Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

Yes. All payments are processed over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection by certified payment providers. Your card details stay with the certified payment provider, encrypted end to end.

Yes. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount you pay. If your card uses a different currency than USD, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

Every product page links to our Size Guide with real measurements in inches. Our models are between 5'5" and 5'10" and wear a size S; the height is listed on each product page.

It depends on the piece. Fitted styles run true to size, size up if you prefer a less fitted look. Relaxed and oversized styles, including our sweater dresses, cardigans and coats, are oversized by design, so take your usual size. Every product page tells you how that specific piece fits before you order.

Machine wash cold on gentle and dry flat. Care instructions for each piece are listed on its product page.

We photograph as accurately as possible. Screens differ slightly, so a small color variation is possible.
