Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (ET) on business days begin processing the same day. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). The moment your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also follow your package via the Track Your Order page on our website.
Shipping Time
Delivery within the United States takes 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. Total time from order to delivery is therefore 6-12 business days.
Where We Ship
We ship to every US address. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, who ships directly to the customer.
Shipping Costs
Standard US shipping is free on every order, from the very first piece. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Priority Processing
At checkout you can upgrade to Priority Processing. Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier ahead of standard orders, which typically saves a day or two on the front end. Transit time is set by the carrier. Priority Processing is $9.95 per order.
Delivery Updates
During busy periods or due to carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take longer. If your order is taking longer than expected, email info@auburnrow.com and we'll track it down for you.
